Private sessions are limited to Sydney CBD and surrounding areas up to 25KMS Radias. Outside areas incur a $150 travel fee
Client location fees (e.g., park permits) are the client's responsibility.
Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes are charged $75 per additional 30 minutes.
Outfit changes require a separate session booking.
Extra event coverage hours (video only) are $375/hour.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Additional Details & Fees
Each booking reserves a date exclusively for the client, meaning Kerry Chavez Photography turns away other potential clients for that time. These bookings involve preparation, planning, and team coordination. Last-minute cancellations result in unrecoverable time and costs. This policy protects the business's ability to serve all clients professionally and fairly.
